When you book your color consultation a 50$ deposit will be paid. That deposit goes towards your total the day of your service. During the color consultation, we will go over the condition of your hair, color options, and price. I am willing to work with your budget. A test strand may be performed, depending on the condition of your hair. DEPOSITS : Due to high demand and limited availability, Deposits are required for ALL SERVICES. Deposit prices vary per service and are nonrefundable. Your deposit will be put towards your total the day of the appointment. RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS : You are allowd one reschedule when a 48 hour notice is given. no call no shows result in your deposit being retained. If multiple reschedules occur, the original deposit will be retained and a new deposit is required to confirm your next appointment. This policy ensures availability and allows me to continue providing quality services. If you think you're going to be late, please communicate. I am very understanding. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to reschedule. As I do not want to be late for my clients after you. If you're feeling sick please stay home!
